Hello BP Community,

Its been a long time due to go BP Pro, and finally I pulled the trigger last night. I was just way too fascinated By Brandon's webinar and I thought this was my way to contribute to the hard work of Brandon and Josh for hosting such great webinars and the site is the best resource for real estate investing.

About me, I am an active real estate investor, holding about 9 buy and hold properties in my portfolio as of today and always looking to buy great deals and constantly looking for oppurtunities to grow my portfolio by JV'ing or partnering on deals with like minded investors in the community. The cap rate for my current portfolio as a whole is 9.4%

I am also shifting my focus from just buy and hold to Fix n Flips and Rent 2 Owns and lease options.
