- just started my education in real estate investment. I'm a Mason interested in acquiring passive income to help level out the slow times in the Business. BP has been very informative and helpful. I'm excited to start joining in the conversation on the forum lots of good information out there. I plan on buying my first investment next year, and hopefully one every year after that!!!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
