Hello from Beaver, PA.
I'm a new investor in Beaver Co. PA. My parents have been doing this for three years now and I am looking to get into it. I want to start by flipping houses due to the low start-up and hopefully(fingers crossed) decent income potential. I haven't been to many seminars, but I have been working with my parents for the last year and have got the landlord side down pat. Just went to a PROA weekend event in King of Prussia and got a lot of info there to get started. Now I just have to do it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave. :D
