Hey BP,
My name is John, i'm in the construction industry and i'm 20 years old. Real estate investing has always intrigued me and I truly believe this is what I was born to do! My plan was to first buy a duplex to rent out while living in one side, then buy another duplex/multifamily home and keep growing. I love to learn but I don't know where to begin and the clock keeps ticking. I have watched webinars, read books, forums and i'm ready to start now! I have a long ways to go but i'm a quick learner and I have a strong work ethic. I love the idea of flipping or rehabbing houses. I have done enough renovations that I feel confident in my ability to start flipping houses. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I would love the opportunity to network and be any help I can.
