My name is Michael Santorios and I live in Northern VA just outside of Washington, DC. I been in sales for my entire career and spent the last 18 in the telecommunications industry.

I've had my real estate license since 1991, but use if only for myself when buying/selling or for referals.  I have purchased and sold inventment properties over the years, but not on a full-time basis as I am now planning on doing.  

I am most interested in educating myself on flipping houses, rehabing and purchasing rentals.
