Hello Bigger Pockets!

I am very excited to be here and hope to be able to help and be helped in building wealth in real estate. I'm making my first "House Hacking" offer next week and hope to use it as my spring board for future plans for success. I've got one mentor already who has told me how to use the state records to find people that would be willing to wholesale their houses via All Inclusive Trust Deeds. I hope to gain some capital that way and buy and hold some more properties
