Hello All:

   I'm a practicing CPA and have been trolling this website for the past 6 months. I own two rental properties - a townhome and a duplex. I want to expand and diversify my real estate holding in the next 2 years.

  Recently I passed the real estate exam and in the process of interviewing brokers. Currently, I'm looking for duplex/triplexes in the Flordia market (Miami , Ft.Lauderdale and Tampa area).
 Hope I can take a dive in accumulating real estate properties soon.
