Looking to invest out-of-state (ie. Memphis TN, Birmingham AL, or Indianapolis IN)

All states seem to have high crime with lower financially stability in its tenant market offset by low purchase price and property appreciation value.

What made you decide on your choice?

Care to share your good or bad experiences?

Thanks for all your feedback!

These are large cities and like any large city, they have their high crime areas and low crime areas just the same as San Francisco does. You have to know the areas. I know Indianapolis well. We've been selling turn key rental properties there for over 5 years. It's a great market with a vibrant and growing economy. I'd be happy to share my insights with you if you'd like.
