I'm Carlos, I live in Phoenix AZ. I'm a business advisor, I love working out and running as well as going to a different place to enjoy it's scenery every weekend  

I have an uncle who lives by Phoenix who rents his properties after he builds them, single unit units. One day I asked him how his investment strategy was doing. He then invited me to eat and we had a conversation in depth about renting properties an investment strategy. For several years I knew I wanted to have an investment in properties like multi units and I am ready to learn more so I can put my knowledge into action
