I invest for income and growth in the US and abroad. I have properties in four states and three countries. I am looking for properties that provide a good cash flow in $100-$125k range SFHs or Condos. Newer builds and good neighborhoods.

Hello and welcome!  I am 59 years old and I was born and raised in Dallas Texas.  I graduated from college and got my broker license in 1980.  I have been in the construction business since I was 17.  If you think I could help you in any way please do not hesitate to contact me.  I found BP about 3 months ago and I am still learning to be an investor.  Good luck to you!
