hello my name is yasha. I am a new member from Houston Texas and I am definitely interested in venturing into the investment world. I have done research but I am certainly still stumped on how to get started.

thank you both @ned Carey and @David foreman. I am definitely interested in closing a few wholesale deals first before I jump all in to buying and flipping or buying and holding. And I am going over to learning tab now to begin deeper studies.
