I am looking to connect with my fellow real estate wholesalers, investors, and sellers. I'm seeking to build connections as well as be part of your connections. I am a local born and raised here in Houston and have a very good idea of the areas and market that I am targeting. BUT, I'm not sure of what the motivated and serious buyers are seeking at this time from the market. All responses and reply's are very much appreciated and accepted. I am looking to find run down properties in Houston that may require time and work. I also would prefer for sale by owner. What are some ways to go about doing so here in houston? Any suggestions on great title companies? 

thank you both @ned Carey and @David foreman. I am definitely interested in closing a few wholesale deals first before I jump all in to buying and flipping or buying and holding. And I am going over to learning tab now to begin deeper studies.
