I've been a reader of BP for over a year now and decided to upgrade to Pro after listening to Brandon's webinar last night on the BRRRR strategy. Wanted to introduce myself briefly. I live in Austin, TX and have been investing in SFR properties here since 2012. I recently have started investing in fourplexes in the growing north San Antonio market. I'm interested in continuing my education including fix n flips in Austin in the near future. I've learned a ton from the BP community and appreciate those who've shared their insights. I'll start posting as I continue to learn and share my experiences.

Hey David - My wife and I are investors in Austin also and have a similar background - we owned a bunch of those 4plexes just off of S Lamar and Barton Skyway. Now we primarily Fix and Flip anything from Austin to San Antonio. Lemme know if you want to meetup some time. We live in South Austin near Central Market
