Hey all!

I'm just trying to learn and a friend suggested I check out the website and podcasts. I currently own a 4-plex in Logan, Utah. It's been a fantastic first venture, and I hope to replicate, and grow. I have been married for 4 years, and my wife and I just had our first kid. Jackson is 4 months old, and we are currently living in one of the units in our 4-plex.
