Long-time BP lurker and podcast listener.

Finally getting serious.

My wife and I already have have her old house rented out through a recommended property manager and now we're about to buy our 2nd investment property here in Memphis,TN.

I'm excited to get into real estate investments so that we can have financial freedom one day!
