Hey @SherVin Fleming - Welcome to BP.  I recently joined and am a newbie too.  I have found there to be a wealth of knowledge here.  I am quickly working my way through the Podcasts.  Brandon and Josh do a great job.  I highly recommend listening to those.  Good luck.
