We are in contact with an investor looking to liquidate 19 rentals. Portfolio is mostly single family detached homes. I believe there are 2 town homes and a duplex in the portfolio. Let me know if you are interested in taking a look at portfolio.

As an Investor, would you purchase property or land that borders a Housing Authority development, administrative offices or actual Housing Authority homes? Why or why not. what factors should be considered?
