Beginner investor kcmo
hello bigger pockets. Good reason why I'm here to get bigger pockets. Anyway I'm Steve from Kcmo. Been in Multifamily real estate management for 15 years. Started buying my own properties May of 2013. Feel like I'm making leaps & bounds but still feel held back. I've bought, rehabbed and rented 4 units since I started.
Goals: looking to buy, flip, hold and/or sell properties full time. Wanting to build my portfolio & wealth as I go.
I'm probably an odd ball type investor compared to most. I do all my own locating, rehabbing & managing my properties plus manage for others as well.
