Student Manager in South Carolina

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a property manager in Columbia South Carolina for a newly developed student housing community. I work for a fee-based management company overseeing institutional investor assets, this one in particular is 650+ individually leased bedrooms with all the trimmings. I started student based multifamily in maintenance and facilities when I was 19 and have climbed through the ranks and held every position on site in the past few years.

I'm looking to invest mainly in rentals in Jacksonville, FL -where I grew up- within the next year and move back permanently as soon as possible to manage them.

I found BiggerPockets on YouTube and immediately transitioned to the podcasts, I listen to at least one a day.

 Welcome Tyler..

Jacksonville is filled with great investment properties and awesome people...of course something you already know.

Jacksonville is not too far down the road and a great place to live.  I grew up in Tampa, Florida so I can appreciate the love to get back down to the Sunshine State.  Welcome to Columbia....Not too far from the mountains or the beach so enjoy being in the center of the state.
