New here, I am in Clay Center, Kansas.
Tim Johnston here, I just bought an office building, and am checking out if I want to dive in deeper. My back ground is in manufacturing, construction, maintenance and education.
Real estate goals are to own enough rental to pay the bills.... I guess that would be everyone's goal. I'm still trying to figure out what that looks like for me though.
