Hello all! Brand new to the world of REI and excited to learn as much as possible from everyone on this site.

I am 28 years old and currently work in outside sales in Baltimore, MD. I am interested in purchasing a rental property and/or a fix and flip to get started, with the hope to eventually one day go into real estate investing full time. Excited to have found this site!
