I've been a fan of the program for years. I've been directly or involved with real estate properties our family has owned over the years. I was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2008 and received a crash course in distressed properties and short sales. I spent several years working with a Keller Williams agent in California, who am still associated with in both California and Indiana (where she is also licensed). I returned to the phone company in Inndianpolis in 2014, retired in mid-2015 (I decided I no longer wanted to be climbing poles in -25 degrees!). Recently, I joined Carpenter Realtors, a dominant Indiana Realty Group that did over a Billion in sales last year. For a number of years while with the phone company I lead a small unit who worked exclusively with multi family dwellings (6 units or more). Right now we are focused on being very investor friendly.
