South Florida Newbie. Own a Few but New to BP!! So Excited!!
This board is incredible. I've read many of the posts and have gained so much information. Thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge and experiences. I love the transparency. I live in South Florida and own 4 rental properties - all condos. I'm in the process of closing on my first SFH in the next few weeks. All properties are located in Broward County.
