I don't know if I would say it is the end yet just because I don't know how the conversation went.  Maybe the owner is saying it is not for sale because of the repairs needed.  Did you explain that you purchase homes for cash no matter what the condition of the properrty is in?  Explain that you have investors looking for distressed properties to rehab and fix up to market value?
