As an investor and silicon valley tech professional, I really like how crowdfunding for real estate is evolving. I've invested in a few deals on FundRise and Realty Mogul. I've also looked at a variety of other sites including Early Shares, Patch of Land and Realty Shares. Specially interested in understanding the hurdles investors as well as borrowers might be running into.

I'm here to network and learn from fellow investors/ borrowers on what they see as their own hurdles when they go about finding deals/ raising money (do investors get sufficient data to vet deals? is it easy for borrowers to work with the sites? how are funded deals performing? what kind of tools might be helpful to improve the experience etc)
