Hey everyone. I am hoping to pull the trigger on at least a couple small apartments in the near future. I've pretty much been reading up and talking to people, but still feeling a little nervous to take the leap. Hoping to learn more, and to do what so many of you have already succeeded in doing around the world. Thanks in advance for any advice.
