New Member - Fingerlakes New York Region
Hi All. I am Dave. I was born and raised in Auburn, NY just outside of Syracuse. I have been a member for a while, but not really a participant. I have one deal 18 months under my belt, but now am ready to get serious. I am currently looking at my second deal, a 3 unit with a commercial space currently housing a tavern / restaurant. I am currently interested in multi-unit buildings 4 and up, but want to get into larger apartments of 12-40 units. I would love to find some friends, mentors or maybe some partnerships to accelerate my plans.

Hi @Dave DelloStritto, and welcome. Congrats on the first investment and good luck on the second. I invest in Syracuse and am also working on slowly scaling up my portfolio in the area. Some local investors are going to be meeting @ Colemans bar in Tipp Hill on Wednesday, April 7th, at 7PM if you want to make the trip in from Auburn.
