Look up Dale Fussell good guy does a lot of work ( closing for local investors )

Joesph the reason you are finding it hard to find inventory. There is a lack of inventory, or over priced deals that don't make sense. When you start seeing the lower end deals being pushed as solid deals. We know not to much out their for folks to buy, that make financial sense.,
