Currently enjoying life in the Denver area and looking to expand my real estate footprint.
I've been buying SFR and duplexes since 2006. I recently got into some flipping as well. I'm interested in Bay Area and Colorado opportunities. I've also wanted to get into multi-family buildings (5+).
I'm most definitely here to learn. From listening to the podcasts and reading the forums, I know that there is a ton I don't know. I've loved the journey of real estate thus far and don't consider learning about it a chore.
Right now, my goal is $100,000 per year net, in passive income. And yes, I am a part time investor with a 9 to 5.....at least for now.

@Russell Gronsky welcome. Sounds like you are already engaged. Having that 9 to 5 is nice but the freedom of real estate is wonderful. I think your target is a little low. $100K net is not that hard to get to. Pretty soon the 9-5 will get in the way of RE which will be a good thing.
