Coaching Education Advice - Nudge / Response

My wife and I made the decision to become Real Estate Investors. We are resourceful, energetic and committed to success. Considering this is a new career and market for us we are committed to making the investment in our education and business start up costs. Our focus to start is in the single family in Central Texas (Williamson and Travis counties). We invested in an education program through Nudge aka Response and are beginning to implement our plan. We are seeking advice to find a resource to coach, mentor and guide us through our initial transactions. Response has offered a service to us for an additional substantial investment and I am seeking to find alternative resources to compare the services, success rate and costs.

We are also actively engaged in utilizing other resources including Brandon's books, podcasts, local Meetups, networking but we do need some individual guidance through our initial transactions.

The advice of this strong community would be most appreciated.
