Hey Guys,

I think I'm ready to hop in the real estate investment game! I've been doing a bit of research and I'm looking to start investing in Duplexes in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. I see there are tons of info on BiggerPockets. I hope to meet some new experienced investors while I take the journey towards my 1st investment property.
