Hungry & ready to learn in San Francisco
Hello!
My name in Dylan Peters I am based out of San Francisco- but would like to expand elsewhere. New to the world of REI, I am a career Wine and Restaurant Consultant. Currently, voraciously reading Real Estate books, listening to podcasts religiously (I've listened to about 50% of the BP podcasts in about a month... The total immersion is working.) I am thrilled with all the information available on BP, and extremely thankful to all the contributors. - It's overwhelming but in a very good way.
I just purchased my first rental property in the East Bay and would love the opportunity to develop the skills to add more properties my buy and hold portfolio. I have some experience with commercial real estate and project coordination, but am mostly looking at residential for now.
The ultimate goal would be to develop all the tools in the tool box. Greatly looking forward to developing my network and showing people what I have to offer. Thank you @Joshua Dorkin for creating such an amazing resource for us!
