Separate parcels, some don't have common space, all the appraisals and title are done. I do think we have it sorted now though.

I’m in a bit of a bind with a fantastic deal in Atlanta. My lender seems like they won’t be able to perform at the last minute because the portfolio of 8 SFRs is being rented through PadSplit. They’re considering them as multifamily units, which falls outside of their lending criteria.
I’ve managed to secure a financing contingency until next Friday (10/11), but I urgently need a private lender who can step in and move quickly.
We are experienced.

We manage a portfolio of rentals across 6 states and are looking for the best way to track accounting, run investment return reports, replace quickbooks. Looking at Stessa, Buildium and Appfolio.
Any advice from anyone?

Hi @Noah Bacon, trying to decide what PM software is best for us to track our investments. If we upgrade to PB Pro, does that include a Stessa Pro membership?
It just says "Pros get access to all Stessa core functionality – plus access to advanced features, like unlimited custom portfolios and chart history" but does not got over what that specifically includes.
If anyone has insights on Stessa vs Buildium vs Appfolio I'd love some help.
