Hello Everyone!
I have been a BP member for almost 2 weeks now. I have silently been reading the forums and trying to familiarize myself with the site. I currently live in Youngstown Ohio and I am interested in investing in my local area. I have a great job but would love to accumulate enough income to stay at home with my (future) family. I have a one hour commute to work and I try to listen to at least 2 BP podcasts a day. The podcasts are how I learned about the site. My favorite thing about real estate is how everyone invests differently. No two podcast guests are the same. Like most 23 year olds I have student loans and I also don't know much about the contracting side of things (I have to really read up and study that) but I am determined to start investing. I would love to meet investors in my area to learn more about it. If you have any advice please share!
