Hello Everyone,

My name is Beverly and I'm from the Harrisburg, Pa. area. After 20+ years in advertising sales I left to help my husband build his business. I am planning to roll my old 401k into a Solo 401k so that I can invest that money in RE. Still educating myself and am grateful to have found BP. Does anyone have a similar experience where you have rolled over your traditional 401k into a Solo 401k/IRA and invested in RE? Would be grateful to hear your story and words of wisdom. :)

@Beverly Wertz, welcome to BiggerPockets. I invest in the West Shore. The real estate investors group on the West Shore is named CARPOA. We meet the first Thursday of the month at the Camp Hill Giant Foods store at 7:00. I personally have not rolled my 401K into an IRA, but if you come I'm sure you can meet those who have done so and can help you.
