CARPOA is the local real estate group in Mechanicsburg. There are others in Harrisburg. CARPOA meets the first Thursday of the moth. Recently we have been all online but when things get back to normal we meet in the community room of the Camp Hill Giant. PM me if you would like the zoom link for the next meeting.

I have found cash on cash returns of 8-10 percent possible in this area. I doubt you will find turn key properties with that kind of cash flow, but a rehab and rent will get you those numbers. Another plus for the area is that the two big employers in the area are government and health care. Because of this prices tend not to drop as much as other areas during a recession. 

Cumberland county is the fastest growing per capita county in the state.  I think it is a good place to invest.  CARPOA is the local real estate investment group.  We meet upstairs in the Camp Hill Giant on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00.

Mark Wetzel.  He has a lot of experience with real estate.  He comes to talk to CARPOA (the local real estate investment club) once a year about taxes.  He usually speaks in January.

David Lanza.  He is associated with our local REA.  He does good work and is easy to work with.

The local REIA in Mechanicsburg is CARPOA. We meet the first Thursday of the month upstairs in the Camp Hill Giant at 7:00.

CARPOA is another real estate group in the area.  We meet upstairs in the Camp Hill Giant (the one off of 15) the first Thursday of the month at.  We start at 6:00 with a meet and greet.  The meeting begins at 7:00.

@Ramandeep Singh You should come to the CARPOA meeting this Thursday at 6:00.  We are the local real estate investing club.  We meet upstairs in the Camp Hill Giant right off of 15 and I-283.
