Hi BP Community, 

I am a new member, 25 years old, currently living in SF and learned about BP after listening to numerous informative and helpful podcasts. Originally from LA, I have been in SF for the past ~3 years working in investment banking and now private equity investing. I have no real estate investing experience, but am currently looking to learn more about real estate investing and begin investing in buy and hold properties (outside of the pricey SF city).
