New Member in Oklahoma
Greetings,
I am a newbie investor in Tulsa, OK. a recent graduate of Oral Roberts University. I have been a Residential Loan Originator for a little over a year. I was thrilled to find this site, and have gleaned so much from the podcast. Looking forward to getting more involved on the forums!
I am beginning my career as an investor through single family residence with a buy and hold strategy. My wife and i are in the middle of purchasing our first rehab project in the next month, cant wait to dive into this journey!

Welcome @Samuel Fowler and fellow ORU grad to BP! I graduated from ORU in '93 as an education major. Wish you the best in your RE investing. I'm always glad to see young people get an early start on investing for their future. There is certainly a great deal of resources on BP and people who are willing to share from their experience.
