Hey BP World! I'm as newbie as they come from Central California. I've been reading, asking questions, and trying to get started.

I'm really interested in buying and holding rentals, especially condos and multifamily homes. I'm also interested in ideas on getting started, especially with little down, as a seemingly really good opportunity has come up in my immediate area.

Obviously I have a lot of questions, so it seems like I've come to the right place.

Looking forward to diving in.

Hi Keegan,

Welcome to BP. Great place to get started learning about RE. The podcasts are a huge resource for learning, as well as the forums. They also have guides and blogs that you can go through. @Brandon Turner is actually doing a webinar at 5pm PST tomorrow on how to analyze rental properties. You can sign up for free here:

Best of luck,

Pete
