Hi everyone, I'm Arael Avinu!
I have some experience with real estate, I bought a house years ago in a market that matured rapidly over the last 2 years and now I'm ready to tackle my interests on the investment side of the house.
I could mention that I was born in Texas but really I'm from all the places and sent by all the people who made me who I am today, and I'm very grateful!
I'm an 11+ year active duty veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, Navy, transitioning from military to real estate.
After seeing what real estate can do for me, for my family and for my friends I'm ready to join alongside other real estate professionals and become part of this transformative industry!
BiggerPockets was introduced to me by my best friend and its tools have been invaluable to a person like me who is looking to go much deeper down the rabbit hole.

Welcome to BP! It sounds like you have already started off on the right foot for investing! Good job! What are your next plans? What sort of investments are you looking into? Flip? Buy and hold? Turnkeys? Either way, with great research, I am sure you will make a good choice.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
