Hello everyone,

I'm completely new to Real Estate and have been studying and trying to learn everything I can over the last several months. I'm looking to get into REI as an additional revenue stream to my day job, at least in the near term, and grow it into a primary source of income. I'm still working out where to start but I plan to end up investing primarily in multifamily units. The amount of info I've found so far on BP is impressive and I'm eager to learn more.
