Newbie from Cincinnati, OH

Hello everyone,

My name is Miguel Pelegri. I have been living in the Cincinnati area for 2 years now, but my roots trace further south. I was born in Cuba, grew up in Miami FL, and went to school at the University of Florida. I currently work as a process engineer for GE Aviation.

I first gained interest in investing in real estate eight months ago and recently closed on my first buy and hold property. I look to gain more knowledge on different ways of investing in real estate while interacting with others who have more experience than I. I was referred to this site by a collegue who shares my interest in seeking financial freedom via real estate. My goal is to build a large enough stream of passive income to supplant my salary.

I enjoy working out, playing sports, the outdoors, and visiting Miami Beach as many times as i can!
