You should consider coming out to the Gaithersburg Meetup which meets on the first Tuesday of the month.  It is a round table discussion on any and all real estate investing topics. Link below. Also if you are interested in tax liens, you should follow @Ned Carey's post on here. He is the local tax lien expert. I actually feel like tax liens are the most complicated niche in real estate investing.
