Hey All! I am a senior in college and very interested in starting to invest in real estate. I do not have a full time job just yet but will hopefully in a few months! I know that investing in real estate is hard work and I am looking for financial freedom in the long term. I just wanted to see if I could get any tips from all of you on how I should get started! Thanks! Tony

Hey Anthony Krajcsik ! Im in basically the same situation. Im a sophomore in college and I dont really have time for a full time job after the summer.

Some of the best advice for me so far has been to read. BiggerPockets has a free book that Ive found really helpful called The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing.

You can view it online at https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing or you can download it for free from Amazon on a kindle if you have one.

Its helped me kind of figure out my niche that I want to be in as well as understanding more of the basics.

Thats really all I have for you bud.

Good luck man!
