Hello everyone!
My name is Garrett and I live in the Northern California area. I have been interested in real estate and real estate inversting for a few years now and I am finally starting to take action to reach finacial freedom. I am looking forward to learning as much as possible in the areas of fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold rentals to help me acheive my goals. I first heard of BiggerPockets from listening to the podcast and from then on I have become hooked more and more on real estate and real estate investing. I look forward to learning as much as possible and can't wait to make my first deal!
