My name is Deshon Smith and I'm in the Taylor, Downriver area in Michigan.  I'm new to real estate, but I'm interested in wholesaling, buy and fix and buy and hold in my surrounding areas (Detroit, Taylor, Wayne, Romulus, Belleville, Dearborn).  I'm looking to learn here on BP as well as network with other local investors!
