Do you have any Michigan contracts for wholesalers, just thought I would ask.  I bout leads and my wife and I are doing mailers Sunday. I just ready to get started thanks for the help. 

Thanks Jd, I guess I'll have to go up there or call, because they don't list the mailing address online here in MI.  They only have the abandoned property address listed.

@Sabrina Wright, my wife and I have wholesaled a few properties, but we are looking to do more deals and start doing fix & flip as well as rentals.  I see you're in Highland Park.  Do you do deals in other areas?

I have a list of properties of abandoned houses and I researched them on the county website to find the name of the owners and the amount they owe in taxes, but what next.  I have the name of the owner, but how do I find them in order to contact them?  I searched on whitepages, but no luck.  Would it be worth my time to send a yellow letter to the abandoned house in hopes it would be forwarded or is there a better way to locate these people?  Thanks to all suggestions.
