Hey guys, a friend told me about this website after I asked him to give me some ideas on bringing in more cash.  A little about me: I'm 32, i work for the railroad, and I have zero experience in real estate/investing.  So I'm very eager to learn and talk with ya'll more in depth as my knowledge hopefully grows, haha. Now that I'm into my 30's I realize that working my normal job just isn't satisfying enough and want to expand not only financially but also to learn something new and exciting.
