I am so happy i found BP podcast and this site! I bought a house 3 years ago and we did big rehab for close to 300k ( adding 2nd story ). We are listing the house next week. Hopefully we make some profit! The 3 years we have been doing work on the house has been a pain sometimes. The house is done now and i want to do it again. This brings me here to learn about multi units and renting them out! I have been a tile installer in the past, so i know a lot of people in construction industry. I have been having headaches lately from hanging out on BP forums too much, thanks to everyone who takes their time to post some really informative posts!!

Hello again! I hit the wrong button and did not say everything I wanted to.  I was gong to tell you a little about myself.  I also went to college, that is not mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a broker license so I took the test and got the license even though I never did that full time.

Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable with the construction business.  I have been in the construction-related business since I was 17 including those college years.  I did a few real estate deals for other people and have only done one investment property for myself.  My father has been in real estate buys and sells for about 40 years and he has taught me a little bit.  If you think I could help you with anything please contact me through BP at any time.  Good luck to y'all!
