College Student - House Flipper

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am a college student from Grand Rapids, Michigan who is pursuing a degree in finance. I have a strong interest in making wise investments and, after living through the recent market crash, am less-than-convinced that financial markets are the best place for an investor's hard-earned savings. Instead, I see tremendous potential in the real estate market, specifically flipping houses. I have spent the summer working for a property developer and am working towards my real estate salesperson's license in order to gain a better understanding of this industry. I look forward to making my first real estate investment in the near future!

Welcome @Andrew Schmidt!  I'm a full time wholesaler in Metro Detroit, but have invested in Kalamazoo and Portage.  If you have any interest in those areas or if there is anything else I can do to help, feel free to reach out!
